our greek system needs help

When I go to schools like Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan their greeks have a bigger identity on their campuses.

I think its because we are are a bar school and every house basically has the same amount of pull (managers, bartenders etc). We also don't have big philanthropy events like Penn State has THON so it really hard so houses to stand apart.

Everyone has exchanges at C Street ,Soma and High Dive
Everyone has barn dances ll throughout the year so its not really special
Everyone ends up at lion at the end of the night.

Our greek system is the largest but its pretty bland

houses definitely dont have the same bar pull. but the rest is right
