delts got their mansion from Fiji and before then they were pretty irrelevant. SAE wouldn't be anything without Beta's old pledges

80's guy here. I will say Pilam next to Dchi was pretty solid and had a cool house .I checked and they are recolonizing now. Pity the house isn't standing anymore
