SigEp goes down. AXD is a middle tier house and so is SigEp. SigEp leaves the upper middle tier for the mid so they are dropping.

There are only so many sororities that can block so many times Frats are fighting to get them and you have to take what is left. I would not say that sigep goes down but stays the same along with azd. Azd is going to have a hard time recruiting when they are left without a house in a couple of years. If anyone is going down it is them. I hope the tell the girls rushing that they will be houseless in 2 years.

Do Skulls still own the house? If so, that is a smart move on their part to rent it out while their numbers are low, because it is a deceptively large building.
