I'd agree with delts moving up they've got a great house of quality guys and brotherhood. the rest is pretty standard. in the bottom of the top ten i like noticing the really impressive 19s classes of phi psi and sigep but i'd say the four houses at the bottom except maybe phi delt are somewhat interchangeable
