sig nu

What're your guys' thoughts on Sig Nu, seem like a potential mid-tier/higher house in years to come but have bad location. Thoughts?

Used to be a pretty small unheard of house until around 2012, since then have been having decent size pledge classes and have improved social standing despite bad location. I see them as the preppy nice kid type house with room for improvement.
