Not a top house or anything, but chill, nice guys. Not a terrible pledgeship, on the lighter side which make sense for there social standing.
If you don't care about the superficial social stratification of greek life and want a house where you can have slight bar pull, have about two pregames with sororities a week, make some good friends, and just have a good time, then its probably a good house for you.
They were kicked out of IFC a few years ago because someone fell off a balcony or something at one of their parties. They are being or are trying to get re-instated though and have maintained support by nationals.

Really genuine guys who are on the rise. Their social calendar is improving every year, and their house GPA ranking just leaped from the 40s to 14.
They also have been throwing some of the biggest parties on campus this fall, and are looking at their largest pledge class yet.
