What are some good frats to still check out and rush that might not be considered "top" or "top 10"?

some of my favorite under the radar frats would be

Betas
Theta Xi
AlphaSigs
DU
Psi U
and although usually considered towards the bottom I've always had fun chillin with DeltaSigs

Alphabetically, don't know enough to microrank them, but all decent and more low key....
AXP, Chi Psi, KDR, Pi Kap, Psi U, Triangle

These are all very different houses...
PiKapp/PsiU-solid socials, ~100 brothers
AXP-getting better pledge classes, had some troubles with the university/IFC recently
KDR-limited to lower sororities, out of the way location
Chi Psi/Triangle- nitch fraternities (engineering)

For more low-key frats I would say Psi U, AEPi, KDR, Pi Kapps, and Sigma Nu would be your best bets. All have close brotherhoods, average socials and philanthropy involvement.

Not sure KDR would be on the same level as the others you mentioned, KDR is definitely considered lower tier while the others are at least lower/middle if not solidly middle tier
