19 sororities since when?

PHC just released the times on instagram for open house and they have it listed at 19 events. Who is the 19th house? When Phi Mu was still on campus they were at 19 but with their charter pulled it puts PHC at 18? Checked PHC website and only saw 18 houses? Does anyone know

The only thing I can think of is they are calling it an event for the girls to order the houses in which ones they like
