theta recruited horrible this year but they’re still theta so that’s not changing
imo tridelt and chio are interchangeable here
defo a gap between kkg and dz but dz def on top of the other mid houses rn
aphi recruited great 28s but retention has to be better to move up rank

this list is accurate if you factor in things like sisterhood and history. chio’s sisterhood is miles better than aphi’s and same for axo vs gphi
