You are right- they aren't 3rd. More like Theta and AXO are similarly ranked 2nd. And GPHI is probably more like 5th.

I can confirm. They have a few cool Seniors, Decent overall, but not a top house. Inconsistent- Half pretty cool, half mid AF.

So bad. Theta is NOT a bottom house. Some love 'em and some hate 'em, but this list was done by some rogue 28 in Gphi.

Pi Phi should be rated higher as they has persons of all genders in chapter. Among chapter's newest members are bilogical men who live as women and are a credit to everyone.
