Top Houses (girls opinions)

Visited here because I am thinking about coming here next year. Spoke to one of my sisters friends who is in a sorority here is what I gathered
Top: SAE/Delts - nice respectful guys and really fun to be around/ sick Halloween and Christmas parties
Sigs: really nice guys but their pc this year is a bit weak
Acacia: on the rise, host something called afties
ZBT: nice guys, have some strange kids but overall respectable house
I think these are the undisputed top 5
