ZBT is clearly one of the better houses now they have pregames with Tri-Delts, DG, G-phi, AXO, and Aphi consistently. Thats not something Phi Delts, Acacia or Sig Ep can say

agreed that they have got significantly better and are up there now. Still aren't in the top 5. I would put that at 6...

Phi Delt SigEp and Acacia all have better social and rep than ZBT so idk where you're getting your facts haha. They do way more pregames with top houses too

Nice try. Acacia and Sigep have PLENTY of pregames/events with those sororities. Are you kidding me? I'm not saying ZBT is bad; all I'm saying is that the 2nd part to your post is false

ZBT isn't a bad house but they are by no means on par with phi delt acacia or sig ep. those houses all do stuff with the top sororities too
