Alright the middle part I put in there to trigger guys in large houses. But you have to admit the other 2 parts are right.
I wouldnt go near ADPhi, they are growing too quickly and guys are joining just for the house. I think they will be on probation in the next 2 years.
I am in a smaller house, low key and close knit. But you do have to admit those guys are growing very quickly.

However you rank them, you have to admit they are the fastest rising house on campus.
So if you join now, when you are a senior you will be in the top house and be like a king on campus.
You also have to admit they have the nicest physical house. Drawback is that some guys join just for that reason.
