every house! numbers were low this year so it will be easy to get a bid from any house

Chapter total was calculated to median chapter size. So about half can COB. If above total they can’t. So don’t wait for the larger chapters. Go where you fit in and don’t pay attention to rankings. If all you care about is ranking and status you may not have a good sisterhood.
