KDR Selling their house

Is KDR selling their house? Saw that it was listed, what happened?

It has a sign that says For Lease outside

You do know that "lease" means "rent". That would strongly suggest that they are not selling it.

I do however wonder why that is happening, I thought they were usually able to fill their house pretty well.
