Is it worth it to rush as a junior?

by: confused sophomore

I went through formal recruitment freshman and sophomore year and dropped both times. The second time around during informal I got a bid from a bottom house that I don’t love but accepted just to be in a sorority. Is it worth it to drop and rush as a junior? Can I still get into a middle house or will they not want me since I’ve done formal twice and accepted a bid and then dropped. I really want to be in a sorority but I don’t like the house I preferred (same house both years) or the one I’m in right now. I don’t know what to do and living at home this semester just makes it 10 times worse.

i was actually in the same boat as you. I recently found out though that if you were initiated into a chapter and dropped you can no longer join any other panhellenic sorority anywhere.

if u just accepted the bid then you should be fine. I know a girl who got accepted into a phi her junior year so
