Looks or Convos???

Do looks matter for 2nd invite? Will there be huge cuts? From previous post listed below, it makes it sound like some houses were disappointed in their PNMs

i feel like this year's rush will change the rankings completely the way they are doing recruitment is different and looks dont matter before the first invite

if you made it past the first round of cuts then you made it past the harshest round. don’t get me wrong, there’s still cuts, but you if you were invited back it means that the chapter saw something in you. don’t dwell on looks because we even knew what you looked like during first round of cuts which doesn’t matter but if knowing that helps ease your mind that’s out there

depends on the chapter. some chapters recruit purely on looks, and others go off of convos. the way i looked at it is: if a chapter doesn't think i'm attractive enough for them, to hell with it. i wouldn't want to be in that chapter anyways
