What are some of the most underrated frats?

Any person that comments ANY frat on this post will be hit with the “YoU GuYs LiVe On ThIs SiTe”. But there are some great frats here that are not talked about as much on this site. Kinda sad we can’t talk about them because they are “irrelevant”, which is complete BS.

Phi Psi is a solid mid frat, not top tier or upper mid. Due to their presence on her, people have lost respect for them. Social climbers and creepy guys.

A lot of the smaller houses. Keep in mind not everyone wants to part of a huge intense fraternity. Some want a home on campus, a more low key experience, and lifelong friendships.
Nothing wrong with either one, you just choose what is right for you. And isn't that a good thing, it would suck if everyone on campus was identical.

Mid to bottom houses get blamed for social climbing or self ranking but honestly they are decent frats with good dudes. Too bad one guy in each house positive ranks the f heck out of them and ruins it for the house. Houses like Theta chi and DU to name a few are really good mid frats
