I would say this is correct except some would consider APhi and GPhi to be lower top houses...

Yea APhi and GPhi are closer to Lower Top but can also be considered Upper Mids

They are a unique house, more like a culturally based sorority. That said, they are rich af, good grades, and lots of hot ones. So they should not really even be ranked, but if they are they are at least mid probably higher.
