Sororities can’t ‘fix’ their diversity problem in the middle of summer. There’s absolutely no point in hammering in the same messages over and over. Panhellenic is making a diversity team and orgs are going to make an effort to improve, but nobody is gonna rush if all people see is negativity. I’m a Hispanic woman, and I see that there’s room for improvement when it comes to inclusion, but that can’t be solved with constant negative spamming on greekrank. That’s only going to hurt us. Use your energy to bring up other houses and show that we’re a positive and accepting community. That’s the best thing we can do right now.

they should've already been fixing it. they're just going to try and get a diverse pledge class this year to please everyone, not because it's the right thing to do.

exactly, the issue is the lack of diversity thus far. it’s dumb it took this long for houses to consider doing something about it

pretty clear hot pocs often choose the cultural houses, not necessarily about tiers or diversity
