I'd agree with Delts, maybe even acacia but come on. sigeps? phiDelts? and TKE is good on a few other campuses (uofi chicago), not really much here. it's not only about the parties thrown. more about social relations with other greek houses.

IMO: Tier1: Pike,SigChi,ATO
T2:Delts, AlphaSigs,SAE,
T3SigEP, LambdaChi, Acacia, FIJI, ZBT. Those usually regarded as the top 11 frats this semester(spring2012), but these are always subject to change heading into next year. I would put DCHI and DU as the bubble frats on this list. And to the people talking about TKE, it's not great. Parties aren't the only part of being a "good" frat.
