The delts facade

I'm a Delt who graduated today. I'm not a quitter at anything or I'd have been long-gone from the chapter at UIUC. What most of you see from the outside is not really reflective of what it's like on the inside. As a chapter, we've been good at building a facade to hide numerous weaknesses on the inside. Yes, great grades but a weak brotherhood, internal strife, and concealed hazing and rule violations. Alums have been damned creative and good at covering for us with the University
