house parties or joe's/lion ?

Yo, what's the deal with Lion/Joe's instead of staying at the house and going later into the night? Seems like come 10:30 everyone just leaves for the bars when the house is a much cleaner and funner place to party. Any specific reason?

the bars are so much more fun. you see people from other houses and just fsu.
