really like dg or theta

How hard is it going to be for me to actually end up with a bid to one of these two houses. I seriously loved them both but everyone said they are near impossible. I know a pnm who is a DG legacy from Illinois and I’m so jealous because that would make rush so much easier. I’m not a legacy to any houses
