dz not getting new house anytime soon

They’re not. The sign is gone. The building is still up. They’ve been removed from the contractor’s website, and there’s no building permit. Go look on Champaign’s website or the contractor Winstead and Wilkinson. Don’t take this as a malicious post but this is just for freshman, don’t be deceived. They won’t have a new house in 2019. Yes I did look into this because I was sick of them lying all over this site. No, I don’t have anything better to do for the inevitable DZ in the comments so I’ve already answered your question there. If any of you can prove me wrong please go for it. I’m just going off facts.

This post is not true. That’s not the name of the contractor. You can drive by the new location right now and see construction workers working on it. The only reason they didn’t start sooner is because the buildings most likely had a contract that went through May and it’s only the first week of June.

1) it is the name of the contractor or architect or whoever it’s no longer on their website. Go to the daily Illini article and simply read the sign — which is no longer there.
2) what you are saying is not true. there’s no building permit which is require to construct a home. If search the word “zeta” on Champaign’s site nothing comes up. If you search “delta” you get a lot of results for other houses and kappa delta who has a new house, but nothing about you.

Also the address is still available to lease on Green street reality’s website. Please get better facts.

The owner may not be listed as Delta Zeta, there may be a listing as under the chapter's greek designation (Alpha Beta) or under another private keyphrase (Sisters of the Lamp and Shield) used specifically for Delta Zeta's international building enterprises.

the houses are torn down and the lot is almost flat so i guess that makes you the liar now. not even a dz but sick of people like you hating on other houses for no good reason. get over yourself

in that same champaign website where u check that permit sweetie, go to search properties and type “111 e john”, it says the owner is delta zeta national housing, so whether u like it or not there is going to be a house, now will u get off this damn website?
