pros/cons of joining these houses?

I'm rushing Pikes, Sigs, Sig Eps, and Delts and like the guys all the same. What would you say are some benefits and some drawbacks to joining each of these houses? Like maybe some have reputations as douches, etc

honestly those are the best four on campus you can't go wrong with those. I know ATO is a top house, but they are just the worst
