I went to High school with girls in both of those houses, DG and Theta,no one considered them pretty or popular. I know 2 girls that are in lower middle houses, 2 different ones that I think are the prettiest girls that I have ever seen on campus. I dont get how it works and it always baffles me. I know one of them was asked back by theta i dont know how many times and dropped them because she did not want to associated with that whole " queen" Royalty stuff. I dont blame her she is REAL and some people just want to be in a normal house. They both also get strait A's every semester. Tell me how this thing works because I have seen many unattractive girls in both of those houses and gorgeous ones in lower mid and mid houses. Can someone please explain?????

The top tiers and bottom tiers are perfect but tiers 3,4, and 5 are a little off.
The first tier Theta, DG, DDD it's impossible to pick which is #1 ~ they fight over all the same pnms and are just the top 3 depending overall. Most pnms I've talked with is madly in love with one of these houses. But which one depends on the girl ~ I never hear just one name.
Tier 2 ~Gamma Phi and Alpha Chi are in the same boat ~ fighting over the same pnms and the girls going back there are madly in love as well.
Tier 3 is off for me, I see KKG, Chi O and then Alpha Phi
They put on great recruitments and they are more selective than you think
Tier 4 I'd put Pi Phi and then KD.
Tier 5 I'd put ADPi/AGD/AOPi/AxiD
then the rest next

Must be a Pi phi that tried to settle that. What a Joke! I agree KD is not as great as they think they are but come on Pi phi should not be above most of those houses you tried to put them above!That is why it has to be Pi phi because NO ONE ever says that! unless of course it is a self ranking Pi Phi!

I don't even go here but your top houses seem ridiculous. The only ones that I've heard are nice top houses that DON'T HAZE and DON'T START DRAMA are gphi and axo! Theta tridelt and dg need to check them selves. We make fun of you guys for calling yourselves "the queens" and me and my fraternity brothers don't even go to u of I. This is not supposed to be what Greek life is all about. Good going!

be aware when someone names one great house and than says they had a bad rush etc
DG and Theta are always the most selective in recruitment and they upset a lot of girls. Everyone takes it too personally...they only have so many openings. I didn't say they were the best and everyone is terrible. I am saying they are drastic cutters during rush.
DG seems to let a lot of girls come back to 2nd party and then they seem to cut everyone. Theta cuts a lot of girls the first round but it's the round before pref that is hard to get past. I watched it for 3 years, if you get past DG's 2nd party you may have a shot, because they seem to cut everyone that round. Theta cuts the girls you think have a shot right before pref so that causes a lot of drama.
