Disgusted on the bad reviews... Delta Delta Delta is very close with every single chapter regardless of a dumb rank, and that is what sets them apart from other houses. Yes, it's an expensive house but the girls are sweet to everyone. This isn't the house to tear down when there's houses who are actually mean as h*ll

The review below this one is wrong. On this website you’re able to see the first review from 2010 and even then, Tri Delta is #3 after Theta. It’s ALWAYS been that way and still is. The sorority whose saying they’re not is AXO whose been forcing themselves at #3 and putting down GPHI, KD, and Tri Delta… This is also the most expensive house on campus

No amount of "Greek God" and Tri-Delt self ranks can hide the fact that these girls are NOT Top 3. Known to be a BIG party house. It's a good/ decent house, if you really like to turn it up. Top 5 or 6. Repeatedly ranking themselves in the Top 3 above actual great houses seems to be a new strategy. Not sure what happened, but they used to be overall cooler and didn't GAF about rankings.

They are so fun and none of them are chopped. Compared to most houses they are at least top three. They are not annoying

It does not matter how many times they self rank as "top"- they are NOT. Nope. Nah. Just no. They've gone wild here on GR bashing some houses and boosting their own. They love to say they are the most expensive house on campus- LOL. Their house is old and ugly AF. They can't fill their pledge classes consistently. Enough said.
