Agree on alumni strength.....captains of industry, tech innovators, wall street wizards.. Very cyclical house in terms of dominance. -1940's -1965 best house on campus- -Vietnam Era -1970's declined -1980's - 1990's royalty -2000 lost charter and would have lost house if not for alumni -2013 ascending again -2020 history repeats itself Due to their inconsistent nature, they rate middle tier.........

not sure sittin plush was right on the "ask your mother" comment but she is accurate on this house's distinguished alumni network........they 9;re not likely to become football coaches, insurance salesmen or "dime-a-dozen" ; accounting grunts like the house next door...

Perhaps the "classiness factor," which this house seems to rate very high on, is the reason and explanation why graduates of this fraternity are prone to higher levels of career achievement & wealth. Unfortunately, the classiness of the foregone heyday of fraternities has seemingly been replaced with the shallow, temporary, qualities of false pride, blissful ignorance and steroids.
