Kappa Delta - ΚΔ Sorority at Towson University - TU 2.8 The girls are def getting better you can tell who the older girls are for sure. They aren't very fun to party with and a lot of them are kinda stuck up. Never see them uptown. Overall they're decently nice girls. I would say middle tier but on the rise. Stop being so boring and learn to party and have fun.
