will they do formal recruitment again after only getting one girl last time

I feel bad for them cuz most frats don’t even bother to do anything with them unless it’s a bottom tier frat that acts more like a social club than an actual frat. Anything is possible but it isn’t looking good for these girls

I have got to say, the people that run panhel seem like they are doing everything possible to get them off campus. It’s like they don’t even have a resource. They have been trying so hard and deserve nothing more than support and the ability to actually be allowed to give out as many bids as other organizations. Really disappointed in panhel as the employees that work for panhel too.

I have meet and talked to many of their sisters at different Greek Events and they are very nice to talk to and are very kind

I think that if we are rating them comparing them to AGD, DPhiE, Tri Delt, or AOPi theyre right in the conversation with them and in some cases (alpha gamma delta and DPhiE) probably better than them. I think while yes AEPhi could be better with certain campus involvement and social aspects they are one good pledge class away from being a solid middle tier sorority.

Doing a really good job changing their image on campus. Becoming more involved and were actually really good at DTM. Im excited to see what they will do in the future

They aren’t all weird some of them are really nice and genuinely care about each other but, with that being said they need to do a looot better on recruitment. If they do they could be a lower middle tier instead of a bottom one.
