fall rush 2013

Hey guys I am a sophomore girl who really regrets not rushing in the spring last year!! I was wondering if any sororities were participating in fall rush this year because I heard it is a lot more informal and less stressful?? Thanks for any info anyone has!!

Theta, Phi Sig, and Tri Sig are having fall recruitment.

Unfortunately many of the sororities, after spring semester of last year, have taken the maximum amount of new members that nationals will allow them to take. Therefore many sororities are physically unable to take a fall class. Yet, don't let the lack of fall recruitment hinder you from going to interest sessions.

snap bidding only occurs during formal spring recruitment. please do not post if you have no idea how sorority recruitment works.

can organizations snap bid even if they are not participating in recruitment??

Sororities can only take girls in the fall if they participate in fall recruitment. They do it through COB (continuous open bidding) events. I think the only sorority taking a fall class is Phi Sigma Sigma.
