what are the chances of getting a bid as an upper classmen? Coming in as a transfer student and really want to get involved in Greek life but coming in as a junior and wondering if it's even worth it?

There definitely is a chance! Juniors actually don't count towards pledge class quota (not that you need to know that.) It just means they won't not pick you because you're a junior. Usually, sororities want some juniors in their pledge classes!
