Girls are all super close and know how to have a good time. Aren't the stereotypical sorority girls--in a good way. Down to earth girls and care about their philanthropy.

From what I can tell, most girls in theta phi alpha really love each other and have a great time. They have a handful of weird girls dragging them down, but in terms of sisterhood they're top tier.
