They are only "popular" because they have more opens than any other frat and had a few very good looking guys (that graduated) who everyone knew. However, they have one of if not the worst brotherhoods on campus. Nothing against the guys (I have a few friends in this frat) but you just can't be "close" when your frat has 100+ guys and you barely do brotherhood events. A solid mid-end "social club"
