What fraternities are going to have a good year? I don't care who was good last year or 20 years ago, the past doesn't matter. I want to know the here and now.

Id Say the Seven's are prob 1st currently just because everyone lovesthem and they have a really nice house

SAE is about to get a new house and Kappa sig just remodeled theirs, but it really depends on the new pledge classes (girls opinion at least). Sigma chi is my bet, they always bring in the sweetest guys

SAE is putting a mobile home on stilts. IMO thats far from nice lol. Even Phi Tau could slush for something as pathetic as that.

do not listen to the person two above me. no self respecting girl would talk about sae and sig chi being good. just take a look at each fraternity for yourself, thats the only way to find out the truth. good luck.
