NO. the 7's are like 15 wannabe guys that used to be lamda chi. dont rush them all they want is your money becaus they are failing miserably and just ned money. However if you suck too bad to get a bid from a REAL IFC Fraternity go for the 7's. but the top tier fraternities are, ....... Delta Tau Delta, Phi Kappa Psi, ATO, and pi kap,.
