What determines a "top house"? Not in greek life, but am considering...

If all you care about is getting into a top house, you are wanting to join for all the wrong reasons. If you care more about tiers than genuine friendships you’re going to have a terrible time in Greek life.

Fortunately, all of the Houses have great qualities. It just depends what you are looking for.
