Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Texas State University - TXST 2.8 They are okay, solid middle tier. Getting better than they use to be. A lot of the older guys are pretty cool, and a handful a solid younger ones. Need to be more selective in the future and more involved in order to improve. Some guys are awesome while a few get way too drunk and can't handle themselves. Have potential to become better than middle tier, the roadhouse was much better than the riverhouse y'all have now.
