Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Texas State University - TXST 1.8 Too bad they're gone. Ha. They're not all rich. Silly girls. Get to know them better. They don't get along with other fraternities. They're bitter and always have a pitty party when campus cracks down on them. A lot of the other frats are chill and do their own thing. These guys like drama. They're like a bunch of girls. They do not all drive nice cars. Look in their drive way.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Texas State University - TXST 4.8 Socially they are the best on campus hands down, right next to campus and run Comanche street I always had fun going to there houses. Now when we tried to get them to be involved in our philanthropy stuff, not many always showed up. I will say that most of my college memories happened on Comanche and they really are great guys! On the IFC website they are still on campus it says so idk what everyones talking about. Even if they go off campus they will still have the best parties, hands down. KA is a decent second
