Have been to three of their parties this semester. As a gdi freshman girl (of the more attractive portion), I had to say that at the beginning of the semester, their parties were pretty fun. REALLY NICE HOUSE TOO! But when it comes to the guys, the seem really mean to each other, but really sweet to the girls, typical frat guys. Other than that.. their prob top tier. Dunno about #1 though.

Why would you go to NOLA? I was with Pi Kapp and Sig Tau was down here partying it up here in padre and we both ended up at Louie's. All that's in Nola is an old street with a lot of bars. Only worth going to at mardi gras. TFJ!!!

Indisputable? Their numbers are down and quality has slipped. They are not rushing well. House sucks. They have lots of problems. I'd still give them the bottom of top tier, but it's slipping away from them.

Delt is easily one of the top three chapters on this campus and their quality will improve every year with the new house until someone builds something better.

Their alumni are great. Chapter has fallen apart last few years. Doesn't look like a lot of potential to turn it around real soon, but they'll get by.

Honestly, they are doing sooo well. They've got some hot/nice guys and they really got all of the sororities crazy over Derby Days! Girls really got into it. I think they're really going to go up, especially with Phi Delt gone.
