Used to be much better got such a weird pc this year and is not as good as it used to be. It’s just not top house anymore. If not for history I would put them in the same category as Tri Delt and Chi O. Besides the name they just don’t have that much.

Pi Beta Phi is so popular at SMU that lots of young women pledge at other universities and then transfer there and try to affiliate with the chapter--it's THAT good.

My daughter attended SMU and ended up rushing thetas because she was dropped by pi ph, but to this day, she still wishes she could have been a Pi Phi. They are definitely top house. they offer pledge classes with diversity, unlike kappa and theta where you are surrounded by 200 of the same girl. If you don't go pi phi, you're doing it wrong.

Most real out of smu top tier houses. they’re always down for a good time and are the most fun to mix with. whoever says tri delt is catching up w pi phi is either a) a tri delt b) insane.
