What the last guy said... I'd add that they're pretty southern.

Frigid, dull, with average looks. It's kind of embarrassing how uninvolved they are on campus, and how few of them make it to parties. They still have a rep as a top tier house, but it seems pretty unfounded. There also seems to be a myth that kappas are pretty, but a glance at their house photo will prove otherwise. One day, after extensive plastic surgery, they will make excellent neglected stepford wives.

Legends in their own minds but really no one likes them anymore. Known for being snotty, keeping to themselves, totally uninvolved, low GPA, and holding outdated cultural beliefs of superiority.

I would disagree. I think Kappa is still great. Not the type of girl I would necessarily be best friends with (due to my personality, not a shortcoming on their part), but I find it hard to believe anyone can legitimately say they aren't attractive, sweet southern belles. From what I've seen Kappas are and will continue to be one of the fraternities favorites, and nice girls to meet too.

Have you ever seen one without makeup? It's scarrrrryyy. Fraternities only mix with them because of the name, but the name is starting the carry less and less. Don't get me wrong their senior class is awesome, but they have really started to slip with all the other PCs. They put too much focus on who your dad is and how much money you are worth. Sad.

They are exclusive, not very prominent on campus and not involved. But they're classy ladies and very nice if you do talk to them

Kappa consists of those rich, cute, blond southern belles you think of when you hear SMU. I used to have a pretty low opinion of them (I know a couple that really need attitude adjustments), however this recent pledge class is cute, classy, and genuinely sweet. So much more respect for Kappa after this year. They went from vapid rich brats to sweet little southern ladies in my opinion.

Kappas are a joke on campus these days. Definitely southern but in all the wrong ways. They are a dinosuar in terms of (lack of) present day values, achievement, involvement, diversity, and sisterhood. Hey Kappas, wake up and join the 21st century. Maybe you won't have to take 7 snap bids next year.
