Beta is under investigation for why so many people dropped in one day. They are known to Xanax their punches at parties. Yes they have a nice house - Lambdas house. But they hardly know each other. One of them introduced himself to another active at a party. Bonus points: their rituals involve a ton of signing.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at Southern Methodist University - SMU 5.0 Definitely top tier and the house to be in. Had the biggest pledge class this year. After the PC class they got last year was so good they were THE house to be in this year. This is the top house in my opinion. We girls love these Betas

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at Southern Methodist University - SMU 4.2 Beta has gotten so good here. They throw awesome parties, they just had Cherub and the bar was literally so packed they turned people away. Their past pledge class is so good, they are definitely getting a sick pc this year.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at Southern Methodist University - SMU 4.6 This years pledge class is amazing. So many of these guys chose beta over top tier fraternities and that is making their class all that better. The entire fraternity at large is definitely moving up and will be a top tier mixing with top tiers by next year.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at Southern Methodist University - SMU 4.2 A great group of guys overall. Older ones can be a little creepy but their most recent pledge classes definitely have them on the rise in terms of tier. Sorority relations aren't bad but have room for improvement. Generally the guys you want to bring home to mom.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at Southern Methodist University - SMU 4.2 definitely on the rise since they got kicked off campus. A lot of the sophomores are very solid and genuine and will help Beta improve in the years to come. Their big parties are always fun

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at Southern Methodist University - SMU 2.6 Never understood why people love Beta so much. The guys don't seem close to each other, they try way too hard at things, are questionably over involved, and some of them are just flat out weird and not attractive. Have way higher opinion of themselves then they should. That being said, they aren't bad by any means though.
