to be honest, phi sig is still seen as top tier as a whole. their newest pledge class, however, is definitely not. there are a handful of hot girls, but the rest are below par. one poor pledge class does not change their ranking as an overall org. if that were the case, dphie would be number 1 solely based on this year. that being said, next years recruitment is CRUCIAL for them. if they're successful, then we can forgive them for this years hiccup. if they underperform, it's a clear sign that they've fallen in ranks and they WILL lose their standing to another upcoming sorority (or two, who knows).

clearly someone hates dz because they comment on here like crazy, but dz for the most part is well liked. There is general consensus they are top tier, but people have their own opinions. Dz is known as the pretty ones. They also, like phi sig, are driven and competitive. They do a lot for philanthropy. Dz's main critique is they are not very close as a chapter, but rather break down into smaller friend groups within the organization.

Phi Sig is a well established organization. I would say they are the classiest girls on campus. They are very competitive and driven. I do have to say that they are not liked by a majority of greek life. They do have some nice girls but overall their rep is not good. Frats do not like to party with them. They are seen as most stuck up. They are even with DPhiE as far as looks go because the older girls are decent and the new ones are kind of bad, whereas DPhiE is the opposite.

I think DPhiE has finally surpassed Phi Sig. They got some prettier girls this past fall and phi sig got some strange ones (both in looks and personality). DPhiE is transitioning. The young half is pretty decent but the older half is still kind of rough, awkward and strange. Overall a good chapter. It makes sense they promoted themselves like dz because dz is well liked for the most part. People shouldn't hate on them for that. Not the best yet, but almost there. Good job girls.

Yeah you guys below are pretty spot on with the whole pledge class not that great this year. Take that up with the 4 girls who chose everybody. The rest had no say.
