Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at State University of New York at Oneonta - SUNYO 1.0 I went to their partys once during rushweek because I wanted to join a fraternity and left after I saw them swinging on girls so I left and decided to join a better fraternity. Would highly recommend looking for a better fraternity to join like kappa sigma

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at State University of New York at Oneonta - SUNYO 2.6 pretty average. some hot some cute some not really attractive guys. on campus involvement is pretty average and what youd expect but at least they have one really only party with like one sorority so they need to expand in that sense but i know a few guys in here and theyre some nice guys even though their rep is of being douchey. check it out for yourselves
