Join a different chapter?

If you are in a fraternity at another school, but plan on transferring to psu in the fall, can you transfer from your current chapter to the chapter of the same fraternity at penn state? They’re similarly ranked at both schools.

if ur gonna be a sophomore, maybe if ur cool. if ur gonna be a junior or older, no shot whatsoever
