Freshman. At penn state there are 2 houses that really like to determine their PC before rush ever happens. They are acacia and beta sig. if you don’t already know anyone in these 2 houses you’ll be wasting your time rushing.

how do they do that? word of mouth? creeping on incoming freshmens social media? legacies? acacia especially seems so big that it seems hard to predetermine that many guys when you've never even met them at a rush event
