snap bids / cob / informal / dirty rush?
by: SoI’ve been hearing my friends who didn’t rush or dropped saying that there are probably going to be snap bids or COB or something because girls in certain chapters have messaged them randomly or followed them or whatever. How does this work? I’m curious... especially since most chapters did not meet quota.

almost 100% positive that you can only receive a snapbid if you went through formal recruitment but dropped BEFORE participating in pref. if you received a bid or did not go through recruitment at all, you are not eligible for COB.
many did reach quota, so I'm not sure where you got that information. but lower tiers will probably be holding informal events sometime in the near future; keep an eye on their social media or reach out to their recruitment chairs
