Tau Kappa Epsilon - ΤΚΕ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 2.0 I never have fun at this house and my sisters tell me awful stories about the way the guys treat them when they're at their house. "Men" who try to pretend they hold themselves to a higher standard when really they're just rude and demeaning toward women. Calling them "2nd tier" is way to generous.
